The concept is to design the moulds meeting customers’ functional demands with the most reasonable structure and the least cost. Reasonable structure can be mainly reflected in quality of plastic products, cycle of injection molding, lifetime of mould, feasibility of mould repair and reasonable mould manufacturing technology. The designers are required to unify thought and strictly abide by standards. After design, self-inspection is required according to the form of design self-inspection record to lower fault as far as possible.
